After the dreadful battle of Gettysburg, the nation mourned the loss of so many fallen soldiers by dedicating the battlefield as a cemetery. Abraham Lincoln gave a short 242 word, 3 minute long speech that has become one of the most famous and powerful speeches in American history. Today, we exercised our brains by pulling apart the speech and discovering its meaning.
