Following the attack by the Japanese at Pearl Harbor, racism and fear drove the government to issue Executive Order 9066 forcing over a hundred thousand Japanese Americans into internment camps across the country. Today we debated the decision FDR made in ordering this relocation by looking at primary sources and evaluating them as historians.
