As England's debt increased, they decided to tax the colonists for revenue. The colonists grew more and more upset - NOT because of the money, but because no one asked them. . . they were not being represented in Parliament! The notes from lecture are attached below. We spent a large portion of classtime working on our collage. (see explanation below)

1. Portray your interpretation of the modern American by making a collage (with pictures or words) on an 8 by 11 inch sheet of paper. None of the paper can be visible when you are finished.
2. On the back side of your collage, write 1 paragraph (at least 5 sentences) describing your interpretation in words.
