As we begin our official study of history, I hope you recognize its importance in YOUR life! History teaches us patriotism, it encourages us, it intensifies the experience of being alive! You should have a text book and disclosure in hand today. If you did not receive a book, come see me. Readings will begin on Friday. Additional copies of the disclosure can be found on the "Docs" portion of the website. As a class, we discussed the question, "Do Americans have to know their history to be worthy of their citizenship?" Keep this question in your mind as you continue editing and completing your Jaywalking segments. These are due on Friday. For ease with editing, use the following FREE apps.
